Interior Design Services

When you book any consultation service, please note that the fees are non-refundable. However, the consultation can be utilized at your convenience and is transferable. This encompasses various services, including but not limited to Full-Service Design Consultations, Designer’s and Paint Color Consultations.

For bookings related to e-Design, refunds are applicable within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be granted once design work has commenced or consultations have started.

Once the Interior Design Process begins, there will be no refunds provided for any Design Fees that have been agreed upon in our ‘Design Agreement’.

Should the Client wish to NOT proceed further at any point in the Interior Design Process, the Client will be responsible for compensating the Designer at their set hourly rate of $145 for each individual hour that was put into their project leading up to the Client’s decision to part ways.


Client CANNOT be charged another design fee at any point during the process once the flat-rate fee is paid in full unless the Client requests to change the scope of the project. In which case, the Client will be charged an hourly rate of $145 per every hour it requires to build a new design that suits their scope.

Flat-fee and hourly fee includes: time involved in project management, online or in person design: research/sourcing, conceptual and/or technical designing and 3D drawing, assistant labor, specifications of finishes, and general design consulting regarding renovating or decorating for the property listed above. This also covers the cost and fees involved with the contractor PRIOR to the renovation process (this does not cover any General Contractors OR any Sub. Contractors that may be hired to complete the project. The Client is responsible for all labor and materials required by Contractors).

Choosing to part ways with Selena’s Interiors during the design process causes all outsanding balances to become immediately owed. This includes, but is not limited to: Design Fees, Hourly, Cost of Furnishings fronted by Designer, etc.

Home Goods & Furnishings

When you place an order for home goods and/or furnishings through Selena’s Interiors, it's essential to understand that once the order is confirmed, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accommodated. Please be aware that we do not provide any warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturers of the merchandise.

In the event that your ordered merchandise arrives damaged, you are required to photograph the damage as evidence and submit it to booking@selenasinterios.com within three days of delivery. Following the submission of the claim to the manufacturer, We will send you a confirmation email. Damaged products will be replaced if photo evidence is submitted within the specified three-day period.

Please note that backorder dates may change, and furniture items may require an additional 7-10 business days for transit.
